Kids’ Elocution Teacher Training is Better than a Barrel Full of Books, isn’t it?
Yes. A Children’s Elocution Teacher can correct your child’s English pronunciation, build self-confidence, voice projection, verbal and non-verbal communication skills – a book on Kids’ Elocution cannot. It is difficult to learn correct English pronunciation from a book. Moreover, a book on how to teach your Children Elocution cannot hear and correct Children’s English pronunciation or give feedback on your children’s Elocution. It is the feedback which is vital to learning and development in Kids’ Elocution lessons. But, there is a problem . . .
There are not enough professionally trained Children’s Elocution Teachers. There are Speech and Language Therapists whose clinical training focus on speech and language pathologies. Some Speech and Language Therapists do provide Elocution lessons. However, cutbacks in the NHS have limited the amount of speech and language therapy a child may receive.
Many parents and teachers have complained of a children’s poor speech due to mask wearing. This aspect together with school closures has led to a demand in online Kids’ Elocution lessons. However, with a limited supplied of professional trained Children’s Elocution Teachers, the task may seem impossible. So, what makes a professionally trained Children’s Elocution Teacher?
An Elocution Teacher will usually be a graduate in English Language Teaching and Applied Linguistics. His or her academic training will have covered the areas of Phonology, Psycholinguistics including basic Neuroscience, First Language development, Second Language Acquisition, the anatomy and physiology of the human communication chain, knowledge of the International Phonetic Alphabet, technical observation skills and English Language Teaching Methodology in TEFL, ESL and KS1 to KS4. Is it possible to train a Kids’ Elocution Teacher without having a degree? Considering the need for Children’s Elocution Teachers, we have designed our first Children’s Elocution Teacher Training by Live Online Face-to-Face Learning to be ran over four consecutive Saturdays from 15:00 hrs – 17:00 hrs GMT. The aim of the course will be to provide high quality professional training in basic Children’s Elocution Teaching. Through our graduates, we hope to meet more needs with Kids’ Elocution lessons.

Kids' Elocution Lessons achieve LAMDA Distinctions Once Again!
Our Children's Elocution Lessons have brought success once again to our children receiving Live Online Elocution Lessons at 30 minutes per week! We warmly congratulate all our Elocution Lesson children on their success at achieving Distinctions in the April LAMDA Communication Examinations.
From LAMDA Speaking Verse and Prose to Speaking in Public, our Elocution Kids demonstrated high performing skills in English pronunciation, clarity of English diction, speech audibility, a range of vocabulary and in-depth techniques for speaking English elocution confidently.
The majority of our children receive kids' elocution lessons due to their difficulty in English pronunciation, speaking English too quickly or suffer from a lack of confidence speaking in a familiar group or in public. For these children to achieve LAMDA Distinctions is outstanding, not only for their demonstration in meeting the English speech and communication skills set by LAMDA at LAMDA Examinations, but in their attainment of important English pronunciation skills and English elocution diction at a high level.
Our Elocution Kids continue with their successes building upon their English speaking achievements in becoming strong, confident communicators in children's Elocution competitions, Entrance and Selection Examinations, GCSE English Examinations, interview selection and leaders in the workplace. It is surprising how children's elocution lessons at 30 minutes per week may play an important and significant role in a child's future successes.
For many parents, carers and teachers receiving Elocution Lessons for their children's LAMDA success may appear beyond their budget. With our Free Elocution Lesson Resources available on our website, children may share the same resources as our LAMDA Elocution Children. Our aim is for children to benefit from strong English pronunciation skills, clarity of English diction and confidence in communication wherever possible.
As our Elocution Kids start to prepare for their LAMDA Summer Examinations, we congratulate them once again on their outstanding ability in English Elocution - well done!

The complete e-Elocution course for Children uses flipbook technology making elocution exercises for children fun and enjoyable as well as beneficial! Parents, carers and teachers too, can join in with their children's daily elocution practice fun!
Speak Properly! for Children - Level 1B mirrors our face-to-face one-to-one kids' elocution lessons giving parents, carers and teachers on a limited budget the opportunity to teach their children key elocution skills cost-effectively.
Our e-Elocution Course for kids is suitable for English as a Second Language young learners, help in correcting a slight speaking defect, kids learning English pronunciation and children lacking confidence in speaking. Similar to our 'Speak Properly! for Children - Level 1A, our Level 1B eCourse continues to build kids' speaking confidence, nurtures physical presence and promotes a clear and focused voice.
