Open your mouth and push your lips gently forward and make the shape of an ‘O’ for the ‘Ah’.
Tuck the tip of your tongue behind your lower front teeth - try not to move the tip of your tongue during your vowel exercises.
Then slowly push your lips forwards for the ‘Aw’ and then bring your lips towards the tip of your nose for the ‘Oh’. Now, bring your lips
downwards into the shape of a small ‘O’ for the ‘Oo’ .
Do not move your mouth or jaw! You are only allowed to move your lips, remember - it is a challenge!
